• Provide world-class concierge services to all guests with professionalism, warmth, discretion, and attentiveness.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised recommendations, arrangements, and solutions.
• Handle guest requests including transportation, restaurant reservations, events, sightseeing, shopping, and celebrations.
• Ensure VIPs, long-stay, repeat, corporate, and special guests receive personalised attention and recognition.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring service recovery.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of hotel facilities, outlets, promotions, and local attractions.
