Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Hotel Assistant Manager – Front Office to lead daily Front Desk operations and ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.

You will supervise Front Office colleagues, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and uphold service standards in a luxury environment. Strong communication, leadership, and bilingual English/Bahasa Malaysia abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Front Office experience in a luxury hotel.
• Experience in a supervisory or Duty Manager role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns with professionalism and timely follow-up.
• Communicate guest needs and special requirements to relevant teams.
• Supervise and develop Front Office colleagues to deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering and other departments for seamless service.
• Maintain accurate shift handovers and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.
