Job summary

Komehyo Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a luxury retailer, seeks a customer-focused sales associate for a luxury retail environment in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist customers with product selection and styling, strive to meet sales targets, and contribute to outstanding store presentation and daily operations including POS and stock checks.

Role requires strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, weekends and public holidays availability, and own transport.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury fashion is preferred.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with social media management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
• Assist customers with product selection and styling advice.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
• Maintain store presentation and support daily operations including POS transactions, stock handling, tagging, replenishment, and inventory checks.
• Participate in product and brand training to develop knowledge of luxury goods.
• Execute monthly stock reconciliation.
• Willing to work in KL Midtown at KL Metropolis.
• Candidates must possess own transport.

Candidates must posses own transport.

Requirements

Experience in retail or luxury fashion is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Well‑groomed, customer‑focused, and motivated to achieve sales results.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Positive attitude, team player, and passion for luxury fashion.

Experience with social media management experience are highly preferred.
