Responsibilities

Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure smooth store performance and compliance with company policies and brand standards.

Lead, supervise, and coach Sales Executives and supervisors to achieve individual and overall store sales targets.

Monitor sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and team productivity, implementing improvement plans where necessary.

Develop a high-performing team by providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to improve sales results and customer service.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring personalized service and a premium shopping experience.

Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service-related concerns professionally and effectively.

Ensure the boutique maintains excellent presentation, visual merchandising, and product display standards.

Ensure the team demonstrates strong knowledge of the brand, product collections, and customer service expectations.

Foster a collaborative team environment that reflects the company's values and commitment to excellence.

Support business growth by identifying opportunities to improve sales performance, customer retention, and overall boutique results.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in retail within the luxury jewellery industry.

Experienced in people management experience is required (ideally leading a jewellery retail or luxury boutique team).

Has a good knowledge of luxury watches, watch brands, and jewellery products.

Experience managing store sales targets, KPIs, team performance, and daily retail operations.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to handle customer complaints and make sound decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong understanding of luxury retail service standards, client engagement, and boutique presentation.

Professional demeanor, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Willingness to work onsite at either TRX Mall or Starhill in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
