Job summary

LF Logistics Services (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Warehouse and Logistics leader to direct daily warehouse and logistics activities in Gelang Patah, Johor. You will oversee inbound/outbound, inventory control, and order fulfillment, driving efficiency and service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma in logistics or a related field, at least 5 years in logistics, and 2+ years in supervision, with hands-on WMS and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Practical experience using SAP in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure smooth execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
