Job summary

Aver Asia Rental Sdn Bhd in Seri Alam, Johor, is seeking a Logistics Executive to join our warehousing, storage and distribution team. The role focuses on coordinating warehouse operations, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery through our logistics network.

You will handle vehicle maintenance, JPJ matters, prepare shipping documents, and liaise with internal teams and external partners. Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma or degree in logistics is required, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse or distribution environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transportation is preferred.
• Able to work independently and perform field duties.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to communicate well with internal teams and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections and related documentation.
• Handle JPJ matters: road tax renewal, vehicle registration, PUSPAKOM inspections and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare shipping documents: bills of lading, delivery notes and customs documentation.
• Conduct on-site import/export inspections, report damages or discrepancies.
• Liase with internal departments to book outsourced transporters.
