Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage day-to-day warehouse activities in Penang. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities include inventory control, ERP/WMS updates, and collaboration with logistics, purchasing, and sales teams. 1–3 years of warehouse experience and a relevant diploma are preferred, with forklift certification advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in logistics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory-system knowledge.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit to perform warehouse activities.
• Forklift certification is advantageous where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store goods according to procedures.
• Handle unloading, labeling, and proper storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders efficiently.
• Update ERP/WMS transactions and documentation.
• Support stock audits and investigate variances.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor stock discrepancies and report promptly.
• Maintain secure, organized warehouse space.
• Meet KPIs for inventory accuracy and picking accuracy.
