Job summary

Tomei is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock management. The role focuses on strategy development, inventory control, and KPI-driven improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years of logistics experience, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, business administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse functions with knowledge of processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse/logistics systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop a warehouse and logistic strategy to improve workflow, storage, resources and SOPs.
• Oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations including inventory, counts, receiving, replenishment, dispatch, picking, packing and quality checks.
• Develop KPIs and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction in warehouse/logistics.
• Ensure systematic warehouse and logistics operations with ISO standard compliance.
• Introduce best practices in warehouse operations and health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Analyse inventory trends, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, turns and lead time; prepare reports on inventory, warehouse performance and issues.
