Job summary

Tomei Consolidated Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Senior Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock management. You will plan strategies, manage inventory, and develop KPIs to improve customer satisfaction within warehouse and logistics.

With a rich heritage as an established jeweller since 1968 listed on Bursa Malaysia, Tomei operates four retail brands and a network of over 50 branches nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• At least 3–5 years experience in logistics/warehouse with a comprehensive knowledge of warehouse/logistics processes and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Warehouse/Logistic System.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop a warehouse and logistic strategy to improve the current warehouse workflow, storage, resource allocation, SOP and processes
• Manage and oversee daily logistic and warehouse operation including managing inventory, conduct physical inventory count, perform stock receiving, replenishment and dispatch, picking, packing, quality check
• Develop KPIs and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction with related to warehouse and logistic area
• Ensure a systematic warehouse and logistic operation and ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Introduce best practices in warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Analyse inventory trends, identify and address root causes of inventory issues by implementing correction action and improvement
• Ensure inventory accuracy, inventory turns, and inventory lead time
• Prepare reports relating to inventory, warehouse performance, and operational issues
