Qualifications

• Diploma or SPM in logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in cargo operations, logistics, supply chain or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ticketing systems, database tools, and email protocols.

Responsibilities

• Investigation & Case Management: conduct investigations and log updates in central systems.
• Intake Triage & Verification: ensure all evidentiary files are present before initiating workflows.
• Documentation & Reporting: collect evidence and help prepare Final Tracing Reports and logs.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Administrative Support: coordinate with internal teams and transit stations; perform admin tasks.
