Job summary

Aveta Global Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics & Sales Support Admin to assist the Sales Support and Logistics teams. You will process customer sales orders, coordinate with the Sales Team on status and delivery, and prepare invoices and delivery documents to ensure timely fulfilment.

The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with SQL systems, and proficient English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with order processing in sales/logistics is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare customer sales orders accurately and within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding order status, stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders (DO), credit notes and other sales-related documents.
• Monitor customer orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders, delivery documents and related transactions.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments to support smooth order processing and delivery arrangements.
• Assist in checking order details and supporting documents before processing.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Support and Logistic team as required.
