Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent required.

• Fluent Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Location: Kampung Baru, Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Create and send purchase orders (POs) and request price quotes.
• Compare costs, quality, and delivery terms from vendors.
• Follow up to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays.
• Maintain supplier databases, purchase orders, and files.
• Coordinate with logistics for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Work with warehouse to verify goods against POs.
• Prepare shipping documents and invoices.
