Job summary

Midwich Asia in Malaysia is seeking a highly organised Order Processing & Logistics Executive to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment, seamless coordination with 3PL partners, and full visibility across the supply chain from order entry through invoicing and delivery.

You will manage customer orders and shipments, support import compliance (including SIRIM), maintain stock records in ERP, and contribute to inventory accuracy while juggling multiple priorities with clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in order processing / logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia import processes, customs & HS codes.
• Experience with SIRIM / import approvals highly desirable.
• High attention to detail, organised, and calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator and great at juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage full order lifecycle
• Coordinate daily dispatch with 3PL and track deliveries
• Ensure accurate, on-time invoicing and resolve unbilled shipments
• Support import shipments and customs clearance in Malaysia
• Handle SIRIM and other import compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate stock records and ERP-3PL reconciliation
• Support stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
