Job summary

Detmold Group in Malaysia is seeking an Order Management and Logistics Specialist based in Puchong, near Kuala Lumpur. You will support ERP transition, handle intercompany orders, and enter order data to ensure timely customer delivery.

You will coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams, maintain data links between sales and purchase orders, and troubleshoot orders to resolve issues promptly while keeping up with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven data entry experience in orders, shipments and related data management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite effectively.

Responsibilities

• Data entry (direct or via upload) of orders/sales orders.
• Process shipments to customers and internal distribution orders.
• Maintain data links between sales orders and purchase orders.
• Troubleshoot intercompany orders to resolution.
• Handle additional warehouse/order entry tasks including stock adjustments, order linkage, and customer returns.
