Winchester Interconnect (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics/Order Administrator in Malaysia to manage Job Orders and Customer Orders, verify pricing, and coordinate shipments across internal and external portals. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates, and effective communication with customers and internal teams across ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and Office skills, excellent organization, and the ability to multitask in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate Job Orders (JO) and Customer Orders (CO) in the system.
• Verify customer order unit prices and order revisions when required.
• Update committed delivery dates through the Supplier Portal.
• Update shipment details in the Customer Shipment Portal.
• Process and follow up on Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Prepare and consolidate daily shipment lists for the Logistics team.
• Share daily shipment documents with customers in a timely manner.
• Prepare daily Customer Order reports.
• Split CO lines when partial shipments are scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
