Job summary

Midwich in Malaysia is seeking an Order Processing & Logistics Executive to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment from entry to invoicing. You will coordinate with 3PL partners and maintain visibility across the supply chain.

The role requires 2–4 years’ experience in order processing or logistics, strong knowledge of Malaysia import processes, and meticulous, calm work under pressure with clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in order processing / logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia import processes, customs & HS codes.
• Experience with SIRIM / import approvals desirable.
• High attention to detail, organised, and calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage full order lifecycle.
• Coordinate daily dispatch with 3PL and track deliveries.
• Ensure accurate, on-time invoicing and resolve unbilled shipments.
• Support import shipments and customs clearance in Malaysia.
• Handle SIRIM and other import compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ERP-3PL reconciliation.
• Support stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Processing & Logistics Executive to join our growing team in Malaysia. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment, seamless coordination with 3PL partners, and full visibility across the supply chain from order entry through to invoicing and delivery.

You will play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, supporting import compliance (including SIRIM and Malaysian customs requirements), and ensuring accurate stock and documentation control.
