Job summary

Shiseido Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead 3PL coordination, optimize inbound/outbound logistics, and drive KPI improvements across warehousing and transport. You will ensure seamless information flow between SAP, WMS, and internal stakeholders, oversee audits and compliance, and manage a team of warehouse professionals to deliver reliable service.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced Excel/SAP skills, and a track record in FMCG/retail logistics.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in warehouse operations or 3PL management.
Ability to perform complex rules-based tasks consistently.
Ability to work swiftly and accurately under time pressure.
Experience with FMCG or Retail industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support and coordination of activities between 3PL and internal stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and smooth information flow between in-house SAP and 3PL WMS.
Monitor inbound and outbound transportation and warehouse activities, while working with internal and external stakeholders to improve KPIs.
Coordinate with internal departments and 3PL to smoothen warehouse activities; streamline the operation flow for better productivity; balance workload for operations.
Set up regular reviews with 3PL on shipment on-time delivery, picking discrepancy and damages; drive root cause analysis and improvement plans.
Monitor compliance with group policies and local regulations on warehouse, transportation and customs.
Continuous process improvement.
Freight and transportation management.
Oversee Freight executive and senior warehouse executive.
