Hforce International is seeking a Logistics & Operations Executive to support the smooth coordination of inbound and outbound shipments for the Australia Team. As part of our continued growth and expansion of our Australian operations, we are looking for a Logistics & Operations Executive to support the smooth coordination of our inbound and outbound shipments.
This role will manage the logistics process from freight quotation and shipment booking through to documentation, tracking, and delivery. You will work closely with our Australia Team, customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, including sea, air, land, and courier.
Obtain and compare freight quotations and arrange shipment bookings.
Coordinate collection, loading, transportation, and delivery schedules.
Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up with freight forwarders, transporters, and courier companies.
Ensure shipments are delivered according to the required schedule.
Prepare, check, and maintain accurate shipping and logistics documentation.
Ensure all required documents are complete and submitted within the required timelines.
Support import and export activities in accordance with applicable customs and shipping requirements.
Check freight invoices against quotations, shipment details, and supporting documents.
Liaise closely with the Australia Team, customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters, customs agents, and other external parties.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure shipments are ready for dispatch.
Provide timely updates on shipment status, estimated arrival dates, delays, and potential issues.
Handle shipment delays, discrepancies, damages, documentation issues, and other logistics-related matters.
Work proactively with relevant parties to identify solutions and minimise disruption.
Support the Australia Team in responding to logistics-related enquiries and customer requirements.
Monitor freight and logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, bookings, quotations, delivery status, and logistics costs.
Identify opportunities to improve shipment planning, documentation accuracy, delivery performance, and overall logistics processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and other operational projects assigned by Management.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, freight coordination, or a similar role.
Experience handling inbound and outbound shipments, including sea, air, land, and courier shipments.
Good knowledge of shipping documentation, freight forwarding, and import/export processes.
Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence communicating with Australian and international stakeholders.
Strong organisational, coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
ERP experience such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an added advantage.
Experience in manufacturing or related industries is an added advantage.
Must be able to work on-site at Kawasan Perindustrian SILC (Gelang Patah), Johor, from 6:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
