Able to work on-site at Kawasan Perindustrian SILC (Gelang Patah), Johor.
Able to work from 6:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
Able to work according to a monthly roster, including selected public holidays

As we continue to expand our custom manufacturing capabilities, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role goes beyond traditional order processing—you will become a trusted point of contact for our Australian customers, providing personalised support from enquiry through to delivery while working closely with our sales, production, planning, and logistics teams.

Deliver outstanding customer service through phone calls, emails, website enquiries, live chat, and other communication channels.
Manage customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and order amendments accurately and efficiently.
Build strong relationships with Australian customers by understanding their project requirements and providing personalised support throughout the order lifecycle.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure orders are manufactured and delivered on time.
Proactively monitor order progress and provide customers with timely updates on production schedules, deliveries, and any unforeseen delays.
Handle product enquiries, warranty claims, and after-sales support professionally by identifying root causes and coordinating appropriate solutions.
Assist customers with product information, specifications, finishes, sizes, and custom-made solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and communication history within the company’s systems.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and internal processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute positively to team objectives.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent spoken and written English with the confidence to communicate professionally with Australian customers.
Experience in manufacturing, furniture, building materials, cabinetry, decorative surfaces, timber, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Able to work under pressure while managing multiple customer orders and priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-first mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Fast learner who is adaptable to changing customer requirements and business needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with ERP systems (such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an added advantage.
Must be able to work on-site at Kawasan Perindustrian SILC (Gelang Patah), Johor.
