Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor shipments and deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate shipment documentation.
• Track orders and update shipment status within the team.
• Assist with loading/unloading coordination at the distribution facility.
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods.
• Resolve delivery issues, delays and discrepancies.
• Maintain general cleanliness and organisation of warehouse and office areas.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and telephone inquiries
