Job summary

Ninja Van in Malaysia is seeking a Station Operations Assistant based in Johor. You will support driver route planning, assist the Station Head with daily parcel processing and delivery activities, and help maintain documentation and station infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Age 18–45 years and legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
• Assist the Station Head in managing daily station operations to ensure smooth parcel processing and delivery activities.
• Support daily station operations, including parcel processing, route monitoring, system updates, and COD banking when required.
• Comply with related Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to Fleet Operations.
• Assist Station Head to ensure all documents properly kept and updated.
• Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
