Job summary
Maersk is seeking a Technology Customer Operations Specialist to support warehouse and logistics technology solutions through their lifecycle. You will collaborate with Business, Operations, Customers, and Technology teams to ensure IT solutions meet requirements with standardisation and scalability.
The role covers design, onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support. You will gather requirements, design solutions, assist with data migration, and drive continuous improvement across WMS/TMS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
- 1–3 years IT, business systems, or logistics tech experience; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude encouraged.
- Senior Specialist: 3–7 years IT implementation, application support, or logistics systems.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse requirements with business and operations teams.
- Design technology solutions that meet customer and operational needs and global standards.
- Support onboarding, solution workshops, and readiness activities.
- Configure WMS/TMS and supporting apps; validate interfaces before production.
- Provide Level 2 application support and investigate incidents for resolution.
- Coordinate deployments, testing, UAT, and cutover activities.
