Job summary

Maersk in Malaysia (Shah Alam) is seeking a logistics IT professional to lead customer onboarding and deployment of WMS and TMS solutions for Contract Logistics. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to design and validate processes, coordinate UAT and training, and ensure smooth go-live and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Engineering or Business preferred.
• Experience supporting logistics tech in a technology-enabled environment.
• Knowledge of WMS/TMS or similar enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support customer onboarding, implementation, and transition activities for Contract Logistics operations.
• Configure, test, and deploy Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to design, document, and validate operational and system processes.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training activities, and go-live support for new customer implementations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and process-related issues while ensuring operational continuity.
• Support systems integration activities and work closely with technology teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
