Job summary

Actiforce Mechatronics Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented logistics assistant responsible for stock receiving, issuing, and maintaining real-time documentation to support smooth operations.

You will prepare export shipping documents, monitor inventory records, assist with stock counts, filing, and ensure 5S practices. A collaborative team player who can work with cross-functional departments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock receiving and issuing are done accurately accordingly to real-time and the documentation
• Must have knowledge of preparing shipping documentation (Export)
• Monitor inventory control & proper record of inventory documentation
• Work closely with the superior for the stock count organizing
• Photocopy & scan Logistics & FG documents
• Maintain and manage the documents filing
• To support all requirements given by superior
• Ensure 5S is practice in the working place
• A team player within the same department and a cross functional department
