Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to handle communications with forwarders for shipment bookings and declarations, prepare documentation, and file monthly shipping records. The role requires familiarity with ERP systems and strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in shipping/logistics or internships, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office. Team players with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operations.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures and logistics documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Unit4, or similar) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with forwarder for shipments booking & custom declaration
• Prepare/print documentation & label for shipments
• Responsible for filing monthly shipping docs
• Collect proof of delivery documents for Acct billing
• Filing & record custom form for export shipments
