SEATRADE AGENCY SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking an Export Customer Service Assistant to support our logistics and freight forwarding team in Malaysia. You will coordinate export shipments, liaise with customers and partners, monitor schedules, and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.

The role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on timely updates and high-quality service for customers and internal teams.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
