Job summary

NETZERO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a logistics professional to manage inventory, receiving, cataloguing and stock location records, ensuring data accuracy across our systems.

You will conduct cycle counts, lead the annual SP store stocktake, process GRPO for spare parts, generate SAP reports, and maintain compliance with safety regulations. Degree or diploma in logistics (or SPM with experience) is preferred; strong leadership and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics with related experience; or SPM with 5+ years in logistics
• Strong leadership, time management and communication skills
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Experience with data entry software and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory by identifying receiving, cataloguing, and recording the location of stock
• Prepare incoming inspection reports and filing records as per SOP
• Conduct cycle counts regularly and lead yearly stock takes for SP stores
• Record daily stock movements using SAP system
• Analyze transfer requests based on client orders and fulfill appropriate product pulls
• Perform GRPO process for spare parts receiving
• Generate inventory reports for SP stocks
• Handle damaged products and returns
• Ensure compliance with Safety and Health regulations

Job description

Manage inventory by identifying & receiving, cataloguing, and recording the location of

Person Specifications:

Degree in logistics or Diploma in Logistics with minimum 2 years working experience or

SPM certificate with minimum 5 years working experience in related job.
