Job summary

P&N Industrial Trading Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, is seeking a Storekeeper to receive, check and record incoming goods, machinery parts and tools, and ensure proper storage and labeling for easy retrieval.

You will issue spare parts to technicians based on approved requests, maintain accurate inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with purchasing and engineering. Proficiency in Excel and basic inventory systems is required, with 1–2 years of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse or inventory management
• Experience in machinery, spare parts, industrial equipment or construction equipment is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, stock counting and warehouse documentation
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and basic inventory/stock management systems
• Physically fit and able to perform loading, unloading and stock arrangement when required
• Good organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to work overtime when required

• Monitor the condition of stock, tools and equipment and report damaged, missing or defective items
• Prepare and maintain relevant GRN, stock issue, stock transfer and inventory documentation
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering and Accounts regarding stock requirements and discrepancies
• Assist in monitoring spare parts and consumable usage for machinery maintenance and repair activities
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised store area in accordance with company safety procedures

About you
