Job summary

Private Advertiser in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a stock clerk to manage stock receipts, records, and movements. You will load/unload items, label and price stock, and perform regular QC to prevent discrepancies. The role requires basic literacy in BM and English, and familiarity with spare parts is a plus.

Proactive organization and careful documentation are essential as you help maintain accurate inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or Diploma is required.
• Ability to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experience in stock handling and proper storage is preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical spare parts is beneficial.
• Computer literacy is required for documentation and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stock.

• Perform stock-related duties including packing, labeling and pricing.
• QC incoming & outgoing stocks for damage or discrepancies and report to accounting.
• Rotate stock and coordinate disposal of surpluses.

• Coordinate handling of freight/transport and movement of equipment.
• Stock & inventory management and periodic stock taking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stock
• Receive, load, unload and arrange stock
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing and labelling stock
• QC incoming & outgoing stocks for damage or discrepancies. Report those to accounting for reimbursement and record keeping
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Coordinate handling of freight / transport, movement of equipment and necessary minor repairs
• Stock & inventory management.
• Perform inventory & stock taking.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess atleast SPM holder or Diploma
• Able to write and read in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Able to handle the material handing, storage and maintain
• Able to operate or experience in forklift will be an added advantage
• Familiar with mechanical and electrical spare parts
• Computer literate
