CEKAP LINK TECH SDN. BHD. is seeking an Exception Handling Executive to audit warehouse-reported exceptions, assign responsibility, and push tickets to closure for our US e-commerce logistics operations.
You will analyze discrepancies, coordinate with operations and customer service, and ensure timely resolution. You will handle real-time queries, write clear exception reports, and maintain the exception ledger with data entry and basic analysis, using English for all communications.
Every day, a small percentage of parcels go wrong — damaged in transit, sent to the wrong address, or duplicated in the system. Someone has to figure out what happened, who's responsible, and close the case before it becomes a customer complaint. As our Exception Handling Executive, you'll be the detective on the operations side: reviewing warehouse-reported exceptions, verifying root causes, assigning responsibility, and pushing each ticket to closure. You'll monitor our internal business channels in real time, reply to queries from multiple teams, and keep the exception ledger clean and analysis-ready. This role works behind the scenes for our US e-commerce logistics business — written English is your main tool for handling exception reports and customer-facing communications.
Investigate warehouse-reported exceptions: damaged parcels, wrong-item shipments, duplicate orders, and other discrepancies
Determine responsibility, issue handling instructions, and track each ticket until it's fully closed
Flag major or batch-scale exceptions immediately to your lead and relevant departments
Produce a clear written exception report for each incident
Monitor internal collaboration groups across business lines — respond, follow up, and relay requests from operations, warehouse, and customer service teams
Make sure information flows fast and accurately between all parties
Own the exception tracking spreadsheet: data entry, filtering, summarising, and basic analysis
Feed numbers directly into weekly/monthly exception reviews and process improvements
Bachelor's degree or above
Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred
Fluent written English — you'll be writing exception reports and handling US parcel-related communications
Mandarin is a plus — internal team collaboration
Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
Basic understanding of US parcel / express delivery operations (tracking scans, delivery exceptions, last-mile terminology)
Proficient in MS Excel — comfortable with data entry, filtering, pivot tables, and basic summarisation
Meticulous and detail-oriented — you catch the one discrepancy in a thousand
High-pressure tolerance and able to manage a high volume of tickets
Flexible with rotating shift schedules
