Responsibilities

• Verify and determine liability for abnormal packages reported by warehouses (damaged, mis-shipped, duplicate orders).
• Assign responsibility and issue handling instructions for abnormal packages.
• Follow through to case closure for abnormal packages.
• Report major or batch abnormalities to supervisors and relevant departments immediately.
• Provide abnormal situation summaries.
• Monitor and respond to exception information in real time across Feishu business groups.
• Promptly reply to and follow up on requests from all parties.
• Relay requests to ensure efficient and accurate information transfer.
• Maintain the abnormal package tracking log.
• Perform data entry, filtering, summarization, and basic analysis using spreadsheets.
