Job summary

• Trace why address errors happen and fix the source, not just the symptoms.
• Follow SOPs closely to ensure consistent address updates.
• Regularly review your work and participate in weekly quality meetings with real case studies.
• Take on additional verification tasks as needed to keep the team running smoothly.
• Handle customer address data with care, follow data security and privacy rules, and prevent data leaks.

Address Verification Executive--Data Quality(E-commerce Logistics)

You'll use mapping tools and official postal systems to check, standardize, and correct address data — so that every package arrives where it should, on time. It's a detail-driven role where accuracy matters more than anything. If you're someone who catches small errors others miss, and you take pride in getting things right the first time, you'll fit right in.

Key responsibilities

Use mapping tools (Google Maps, Mapbox, HERE) and official US postal APIs (USPS) to check address data, making sure every record is standardized, accurate, and follows U.S. address format rules

Work accurately in business systems to correct addresses, and trace why address errors happen in the first place — so we can fix the source, not just the symptoms

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) closely, so that every address update is done on time, consistently, and the same way every time

Regularly review your own work and join weekly quality meetings to share real cases and bring forward ideas to make processes better

Pick up other verification assignments as needed to keep the team running smoothly

Treat customer address data with the utmost care, strictly follow data security and privacy rules, keep all customer information confidential, and make sure there is zero risk of data leaks

About you

Bachelor's degree preferred
