Responsibilities

Assist with daily logistics and delivery operations.
Prepare, check, and maintain delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other logistics documents.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal departments regarding deliveries and shipments.
Arrange and monitor deliveries to ensure goods arrive on time.
Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and report discrepancies or damages.
Track delivery status and update relevant records or systems.
Assist in resolving delivery, stock, and transportation issues.
