Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries and collections with customers, transporters and internal departments.
• Arrange lorries/transport according to delivery requirements.
• Prepare and communicate delivery schedules.
• Follow up on delivery status and ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Liaise with transporters regarding delivery issues, delays or changes.
• Maintain records of delivery performance and transportation activities.
