Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operation Clerk in Penang to support daily shipment, customs documentation and delivery operations. You will prepare customs forms, log shipments, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires basic Excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams. You will maintain records, handle inquiries, and assist with administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Logistics/shipping or customs operations experience.
• Familiar with K1, K8 and K9 forms is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Customs Forms K1, K8 & K9 and related supporting documents.
• Key in and update shipment information and records.
• Calculate shipment weight, litres, value and duties.
• Prepare daily Delivery Orders and tasks for drivers.
• Coordinate with runners and drivers on customs clearance, loading and deliveries.
• Monitor and follow up on daily shipment and delivery status.
• Update incoming shipment details and records in Excel.
• Handle emails and phone calls relating to shipments, deliveries, customs and documentation.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
