Job summary

JAS Worldwide (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative to intercept shipping orders, enter data accurately, and communicate with customers and foreign JAS offices. The role supports operations, growth of volumes and gross profit, and cross-selling initiatives.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues, track orders, provide timely updates, and maintain high-quality reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations.
• Proven ability to input and verify shipping data accurately.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process shipment orders from customers and foreign JAS offices.
• Compile and verify data for entry.
• Inform customers of prices, dates, delays and required information.
• Enter total costs into the system and file copies.
• Support cross-selling and revenue initiatives.
• Investigate overdue or damaged shipments and billing issues.
• Provide backup support for assigned accounts.
