Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Customer Service Executive in Malaysia to handle purchase orders, forecast updates, and shipment coordination for export and domestic sales. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate ERP data entries.

The role requires 1-2 years in a related field, knowledge of QMS/EMS, and strong communication with proactive leadership qualities to drive on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in a related field for this position.
• Knowledgeable in QMS/EMS scope and responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and changes, including pricing confirmation and shipment arrangements.
• Update forecasts and customer purchase orders into the ERP system.
• Provide weekly updates on customer shipment status.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding delivery schedules.
• Ensure export documentation is complete prior to shipment.
• Resolve issues related to delayed shipments or damaged goods.
