Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated logistics collaborator to support branches and the CDC warehouse in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The role focuses on processing orders, tracking customer requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

You will resolve customer issues with integrity, maintain strong teamwork, and be ready to work overtime as needed. Excellent communication and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant Logistics and Warehouse order fulfillment processing.
• Experience in dealing directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Fast and willing learner.
• Experience with ERP, online ticketing systems and Microsoft applications will be an advantage.
• Willingness to do overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Resolve customer issues in timely and accurate fashion.
• Collaborate with branches and CDC warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
