Job summary

Toll Integrated Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics coordinator in Malaysia to assist with coordinating shipments, deliveries and collections. The role involves preparing delivery orders, invoices, packing lists and transport documents, and updating records in the system.

You will work with drivers, transporters and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries and accurate logistics transactions, contributing to efficient daily operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and collections.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents, including delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, shipment records, and transport documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouse personnel, customers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth delivery and collection arrangements.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates to supervisors and customers.
• Ensure shipment details and logistics transactions are accurately recorded and updated in the company's system.
• Support daily logistics operations and inventory movement to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with established company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable safety and regulatory standards.
