Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree not mandatory but listed in job info.
• 1–2 years in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or Logistics Coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial industries is advantageous.
• Experience handling SST and Malaysia e-Invoicing is preferred.
• Experience managing courier services, shipping documents, and logistics coordination is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact person for assigned customer accounts.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
• Confirm product pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Provide timely updates on order status and shipment tracking.
• Communicates effectively over the phone and electronically.
• Coordinate local and international shipments with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
• Arrange courier services for customer samples, urgent shipments, and documentation.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate any delivery delays or issues.
• Work closely with transporter to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Ensure shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
• Prepare and verify SST-related documentation and customer tax requirements.
• Generate, validate, and process e-Invoices in accordance with LHDN requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Service teams.
