SX Express is seeking a Customer Service/Operations Assistant to support shipments, data entry, and daily coordination in our Malaysia operations. You will monitor delivery progress, liaise with warehouse teams, and assist the Customer Service Supervisor. Mandarin interaction is preferred for Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

Pleasant and outgoing personality with good communication skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work with a positive working attitude.
Basic computer skills including WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, and system data entry.
Ability to communicate in Chinese (spoken and written) is preferred, due to Mandarin interactions.

Responsabilités

Monitor and follow up on shipment delivery progress and parcel status updates.
Support the Customer Service Supervisor in daily operational and coordination tasks.
Ensure accurate data entry of customer information and shipment details into the system.
Liaise closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
