Job summary

CMS Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang invites applications for a full-time customer service role handling shipments, coordinating with customers and internal teams. You will liaise with warehouse, vendors and overseas agents for shipment updates, prepare and check documents, assist billing when required, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Fresh graduates or those with freight forwarding exposure are welcome; Mandarin and English fluency preferred, with willingness to work extra hours.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding/NVOCC.
• Fresh graduates with Diploma/Degree in Logistics welcome.
• Willing to work extra hours and under stress.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to arrange shipments and ensure smooth communication.
• Liaise with warehouse, vendors and overseas agents for shipment updates and movement.
• Handle documents and be in charge of billing when assigned by HOD.
• Willingness to take on tasks assigned by management from time to time.
