Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Logistics Coordinator to liaise with internal units, clients, shippers and forwarders across the region. You will coordinate all logistics activities from pickup to delivery and invoicing.

Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field with 3-5 years in logistics coordination, especially Oil & Gas transport (land/sea/air), and good knowledge of Malaysia customs. Valid driving license preferred; oversee forwarding agents and prepare planning and reports.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination.
• Experience in handling Oil & Gas logistics including land/sea/air transport.
• Well versed in Malaysia customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistic activities with internal units, clients, shippers and forwarders.
• Arrange pickups, deliveries, shipping documents, orders and invoicing.
• Monitor and ensure shipments are timely and accurate; oversee forwarding agents’ performance.
• Coordinate Vantage Group logistics in Kemaman, Labuan and SEA region.
• Suggest alternative logistics solutions when plans fail.
