Job summary

TBI LOGISTICS SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a logistics/customer service professional to guide customers through shipment processes and maintain strong relationships.

The role requires fluency in Chinese and English, with fresh graduates welcome and training provided. You will coordinate shipments, provide quotes, and actively reach out to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak Chinese.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with China-based customers.
• Fresh graduates are welcome (Training provided).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers through the shipment process, offering guidance and support during deviations.
• Provide shipment reports and updates to customers.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers, address inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Generate and provide price quotes for new shipments/business to existing customers.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers via email and phone to expand business opportunities.
• Identify and target potential customers, maintain a customer database, and deliver sales pitches.
• Collaborate with operations to plan and coordinate shipments for timely delivery.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
