Job summary

TC FREIGHT & LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. in Klang is seeking an Operations Coordinator to coordinate and correspond with clients, vendors and internal teams to keep freight moving smoothly.

You will prepare quotations, open and manage job files, bookings and documentation, handle invoicing, and oversee import/export operations to ensure timely delivery and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least 2-year experience in operation.
• Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Respond and provide quotations to customers, key account or other inquiries.
• Open job file, booking, documentation, follow up, close file and billing upon job completion.
• Involve and prepare in clients invoicing.
• Manage import and export operations.
