Job summary

Oleon is seeking a Commercial Operation Officer in Klang (Centro Mall) to oversee order-to-delivery processes. You will coordinate shipments, handle documentation, and liaise with customers, freight forwarders and authorities to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications can be considered.
• Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Outlook is required.
• Experience with SAP / S/4HANA or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of shipping and commercial documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with OTM/OpenText is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in SAP / S/4HANA and OTM accurately according to requirements.
• Plan and coordinate shipments from order confirmation to delivery, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate shipment procedures and documentation with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Freight Forwarders, Transporters and Shipping Lines.
• Liaise with customers, importers, exporters, freight forwarders, transporters, Customs and relevant government agencies on shipping and logistics matters.
• Prepare and verify shipping and commercial documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of analysis/origin).
• Prepare and apply for Certificates of Origin through MITI and local Chamber of Commerce, and other export documents.
• Manage records in OpenText and update information in shared Excel files for MPOB reporting.
• Provide after-sales support and respond to customer inquiries on orders, shipment status and related matters.
• Support returns, credit notes and other customer-related cases, obtaining necessary approvals and documents.
• Maintain accurate master data for customers, orders and shipments; back-up for Customer Service/Commercial Operations as needed.
