Job summary

Idealseed Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Client Onboarding Process Manager (Logistics Solutions) to lead the onboarding of new logistics clients, ensuring a smooth transition from project initiation to operational readiness.

You will orchestrate solution design, stakeholder coordination, and project management before go-live, working with clients, operations, IT, and warehouse teams to ensure capacity, system configurations, and delivery workflows are ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3PL or 4PL logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex onboarding projects.
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand client logistics requirements and design onboarding plans.
• Coordinate solutioning, project management, and pre-production setup.
• Oversee system configurations, warehouse capacity, and fleet readiness.
• Act as a bridge between clients, operations, IT, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure timely communication across stakeholders.
