Job summary

Idealseed Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Client Onboarding Process Manager (Logistics Solutions) to lead the onboarding of new logistics clients, ensuring a smooth transition from project initiation to operational readiness.

You will orchestrate solution design, stakeholder coordination, and project management before go-live, working with clients, operations, IT, and warehouse teams to ensure capacity, system configurations, and delivery workflows are ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3PL or 4PL logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex onboarding projects.

Responsibilities
