Job summary

PA Recruitment Sdn Bhd is looking for a Client Success Manager to lead the end-to-end client onboarding, define implementation plans, and align objectives with key stakeholders. You will manage project delivery, drive adoption, and ensure the solution delivers measurable business value.

Work involves coordinating across Product, Development, QA, Operations, and Support, while maintaining governance and executive reporting to optimise customer success and retention. Based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, CS, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience leading enterprise projects or complex implementations.
• PMP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients after handover and align objectives with stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
• Coordinate implementation activities across Product, Development, QA, Operations, and Support.
• Lead user onboarding, training, and UAT.
• Prepare governance documents and status reports.
