Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using instant messaging platforms (WeChat, WhatsApp) for professional communication.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage documentation with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to think analytically and resolve client issues under pressure.
• Willingness to adapt to changing client needs and schedule flexibility to handle urgent operational matters when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers via email, telephone, and in-person meetings to present our delivery services and secure new business.
• Prepare, manage, and finalize all supporting documents for Cooperation Agreements (MCC), ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Monitor contract validity and manage the extension process for expiring agreements.
• Develop detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to each client’s needs and socialize these procedures with internal partners.
• Coordinate initial item pickups via in-person, telephone, or chat communication for seamless collection.
• Provide real-time pickup information to the Sprinter Coordinator via WhatsApp and WeChat groups and maintain daily pickup records.
